Karate:
Karate is one of the many forms of martial arts. Some of the biggest advantages of practicing include confidence and self-esteem building, self-discipline, respect, concentration and courtesy. Martial arts is ideal for children who excel in individual sports giving them the ability to flourish in this activity while combining physical and mental practices.
Dance:
Dance is an art form created by movement. Some of its many advantages include flexibility, strength, endurance, mobility, sense of well-being and self-awareness.
