Our staff are warming caring individuals chosen because of their love for children. Each employee of Small World Child Care is interviewed extensively before becoming a member of our team. Once chosen, they are required to pass a background screenings, a tuberculosis test, and a food handler’s course.
Under the supervision of the Center Director, each employee is observed and trained specifically for their age group. A 90 day introductory period must be completed to formalize training and employment. Continued training is provided internally Small World management and from approved outside agencies to ensure professional growth.
